Glorious chunks of Pop-Tarts® Rainbow Cookie Sandwich^TM blended and baked into sugar cookie dough. It's more than a double cookie; it's a double rainbow!

Double Rainbow Cookies

Ingredients

2 Kellogg's® Pop-Tarts® Ice Cream Shoppe™ Frosted Rainbow Cookie Sandwich™ toaster pastries
1 package (17 1/2 oz.) sugar cookie mix

Directions

1. Cut KELLOGG'S POP-TARTS ICE CREAM SHOPPE FROSTED RAINBOW COOKIE SANDWICH toaster pastries into 1/2-inch pieces. Set aside.

2. Prepare cookie mix according to package directions for drop cookies, except stir in toaster pastry pieces. Bake according to package directions.
